At ANNKE Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your security solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your electronic devices within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify your reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cameras, cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated service center in Poland using a trackable shipping method for security.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
